The Hike: Walking Along the Edge of England

This isn’t just a hike. It’s an experience.

You start by walking along the coast, feeling the sea breeze in your hair. The cliffs rise ahead of you—rolling hills, steep ascents, dramatic drops into the sea.

The Seven Sisters aren’t just cliffs—they are waves of land. Seven chalk-white hills, rising and falling in perfect rhythm.

Up.
Down.
Up again.

With every climb, the views get better.

On one side, the endless blue of the English Channel. On the other, green fields stretching for miles.

Pack your lunch because there’s nowhere better to eat than right here. Find a quiet spot on the cliff’s edge, feet dangling over the sea, sandwiches in hand.

The Journey Back: Eastbourne & The Last Views

By the time you reach Beachy Head, your legs will feel the climb, but your heart will feel full.

A few kilometers more, and you reach Eastbourne. The seaside town signals the end of the hike, but before you leave, pause.

Turn around for one last look at the cliffs.

The chalk-white edges glowing under the setting sun, the waves crashing far below, the wind carrying the sound of the sea.

You take the train back to London, but part of you stays behind. So you come back again, until you get tired of it.
